Three things, named plainly.
A customer’s request becomes a draft quote within a day.
The numbers that matter, per department or per machine, every week, without anyone retyping them.
The monthly action plan attached to the dashboard, the budget you can flex, and the contingency plan for the month sales drop.
Underneath them: compliance, billing, and the databases the plans run on, with AI where it earns its place.
Scoped and quoted after the assessment. You own the code and the data. Timeline set per build, in the quote.
Built on tools you can keep:

For owners and their teams, on whatever tool you already use. Two tiers: a basics pack of three sessions, and a builder intensive of four sessions with thirty days of follow-up. Team sessions and workshops are quoted.

About
I am Josh Hernandez. I have built and sold companies in transportation, warehousing, logistics, and service businesses, and I have worked hands-on inside manufacturers and real estate firms. I have an MBA. I am building another AI-first company now. I know what the owner’s chair feels like the month the numbers turn.
One company I worked with had been losing money for two years and could not see where. The answer was in its own statements. That is still the whole method: your numbers first, then only what closes the leak.
Plain facts, not badges
What I check: your financial statements, and the records your systems already produce.
Where your data lives: in your systems. I keep no client data in a database of my own, health information never goes through AI tools, and anything we build keeps its keys on the server side.
Who does the work: me. You work with the person who does the finding, the building, and the teaching.
El Paso, Texas. Serving businesses nationwide.
Eleven of them, answered plainly.
I go into your numbers and find what is actually costing you money. Then, if it makes sense, we build the system that closes it, or I teach your team to run it. Three lanes: find, build, teach. The assessment is the front door.
You book a 30-minute call. I send a short intake form and a list of what to gather: your financial statements and the records from the systems you already run on. I spend two weeks in them. You get one written readout: the three things costing you the most, what each is worth per month, and what to fix first. Fixed fee; the number is on the Assessment page.
No. Owners are the audience. Everything is explained in plain words, on your own numbers, and anything we build is handed over with training so your team runs it without me.
Email josh@answersinfinite.com or call (915) 479-2232. Or book a time on the calendar. I am in El Paso and work with businesses anywhere.
Yes. The first job is to read what your systems already produce, not to replace them. Most findings come from exports you already have. When a build makes sense, it sits next to your systems, and you own the code and the data.
I do not promise a number before I have seen yours. What I can promise is the method: your own statements and records, measured before and after, with a written line on how each number was found. The proof section shows what that has produced for other owners, names left out.
Yes. Every build is handed over with training for the people who will run it. Training is also its own lane: one-to-one sessions for owners, team sessions, and workshops, on whatever tool you already use.
If that is where the money is leaking, yes. Moving a business off a hundred spreadsheets and into one database is a build like any other: scoped after the assessment and quoted in writing.
The assessment is two weeks. Training runs three or four sessions over a month. Builds are scoped after the assessment, with the timeline in the quote.
Your data stays in your systems. I do not store client data in a database of my own. Health information never goes through AI tools. Anything we build keeps its keys on the server side, never in a browser. I sign an NDA when you ask. If your work needs a BAA, we talk about that before anything starts.
The assessment is a fixed fee, stated on the Assessment page. Training is two tiers, on the Training page. Builds and retainers are quoted in writing after the assessment, so the price is tied to what was actually found.
Or pick a time on the calendar.
